Petit & Bajan Nymphea Rose
This rosé is made of 90% Chardonnay from the Côtes de Blancs and 10% Pinot Noir vinified as red wine, from Vezernay. The combination of these two varieties gives birth to a rosé fresh and light, dressed subtly with a tinge of deep pink.
TASTING NOTES
On the nose: Aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, blood orange, toast, light baking spices.
On the palate: Bright and fresh, very juicy; more blood orange on the palate, lacy and refined.
