Heidsieck Monopole Rose Top Brut
TASTING NOTES:
On the eye: Extremely intense pale pink in color with a depth of color set off by tiny fuchsia reflections.
On the nose: The nose is floral with subtle hints of violet. Then the flowers are followed by fruity aromas of similar delicacy - wild strawberry and raspberry. It is fresh and spring-like on the nose.
On the palate: Its fine, elegant flavors deliver what is promised in the nose. Small red fruits dominate throughout with hints of raspberry and redcurrant. The mouth exhibits a delightful freshness with a slightly tart finish.
PAIRING
This vintage is traditionally served with desserts, and particularly fruit desserts, especially ones made with red fruits, but can also be served as a nice accompaniment to fish grilled on a plancha and grilled shellfish.
