TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Varietals: 100% Pinot Noir

Appellation: One of the finest, south-facing terroirs in Ambonnay, the single vineyard ‘Les Crayères is’ located east of the village. Soils are rich in chalk, the ‘terres blanches’ of Ambonnay. (The lieu-dit means “chalky.”)

Aging: Aged for five years in bottle.
