TASTING NOTES

On the eye: Tiny bubbles and a salmon color with copper highlights.

On the nose: Plum, strawberry and cinnamon.

On the palate: Again, plum and strawberry, with hints of vanilla.

Pair with fish or duck dishes. It is particularly good with foie gras.
