A new cuvée, a new interpretation of Franciacorta. Alma Non Dosato represents the contemporary and vibrant interpretation of the great Bellavista vineyard. It is made with mainly chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. In the cellar it is assembled from numerous harvest selections and some "reserve" wines from previous vintages, with a blend that chooses the most dynamic and reactive part.

TASTING NOTES

The glass shows a brilliant straw yellow color, with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose delicate aromas of white flowers, notes of bread crust, citrus and fruity aromas. The mouthfeel is long and savory, persistent and fresh.

PAIRING

Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with appetizers and fish dishes.
